For guests

Do I need to download an app?

No. Meet My Table works entirely in your phone's web browser.

What if I can't find my name?

Try searching for just your first name or last name. If you still can't find yourself, ask the host—they may have spelled your name differently.

Is my information stored?

Only your name and table number are stored for the event. No personal data is collected from guests.

For hosts

What file format does the CSV need to be?

A standard CSV with headers. Required columns: Full Name and Table Number. Optional: Food Option, Party Of.

Can I make changes after guests start arriving?

Yes. Edits are live immediately. Guests will see updated info on their next search.

What happens after my event?

Events are automatically deleted after the retention window (7–30 days depending on plan). You can also delete your event manually at any time.

Can I reuse the same event for a different date?

You can edit the event name and date, but the guest list remains. For a fresh start, create a new event.
