1) Guests scan & search

Guests scan the QR code and type their name. They immediately see their table assignment.

2) Hosts manage the event

Create an event, update guests, and keep everything accurate—especially for last-minute changes.

3) Start from a CSV template

If you already have a guest list, the fastest way is to format it once and keep it ready to upload.

4) Import guests in minutes

Upload your list and confirm everything looks right. After that, edits are simple.

5) Customize the guest page

Choose a theme so the guest experience matches the event—while staying readable and fast.

6) RSVP (optional)

Hosts can enable an RSVP page so guests can confirm attendance using the RSVP link or scan a separated QR code. If enabled, guests can also select meals during RSVP based on host-configured options.

7) Share the QR code

Place the printed QR at the entrance or welcome table so guests can find their seats without a bottleneck.

8) Keep guests in the moment

Guests can optionally browse the event photo gallery (when enabled) without needing an app download.

9) Invite a collaborator (optional)

Invite an Editor or Viewer so someone you trust can help manage your event. Collaborators can’t change billing, and you can revoke access anytime.
